イタリア語のようなオシャレな響きの店名「ぶち」は淡路弁で玉ねぎの花の意味。こちらの店は、「ローカルガストロノミー」（地域の風土や歴史、文化を料理で表現すること）の考えのもとに、島ならでは、この店だからこその上質なイタリアンを提供。開放的でスタイリッシュな店内は、眼前に明石海峡大橋が望め、爽やかな雰囲気の昼はカジュアルに友人と、夜景が楽しめる夜は大切な人との記念日に…と、昼夜で異なる表情を魅せるから、様々なシチュエーションで重宝できそう。５月〜９月は、テラスでBBQも。また、一棟貸別荘の「CORAL SUITE VILLA awaji」も同時オープン。すぐ近くで味わえる非日常を楽しんでみては。
