炭火焼 むらや
地産地消にこだわったカジュアル炭火焼き居酒屋。
今年オープンした炭火焼 むらやでは、淡路牛、淡路どり、神戸ポークプレミアムなど、地元産にこだわった食材の炭火焼が味わえる。扱う食材は、ホテルで長年バイヤーをしていた店主が、自ら厳選し買い付けを行うから価格も良心的。炭の香りを添えた料理はどれも素材の旨さを活かしていて美味しい。お肉以外にも海鮮や、サラダ、揚げ物、炭火焼おにぎりなどの居酒屋メニューや、旬の食材を使用した期間限定メニューも充実。アーバンモダンな店内には個室もあり、落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりとすごせる。ドリンクもリーズナブルだから、年末年始、久々に会う友人や家族と…食事やお酒をたのしみに訪れてみては。
