エルミタージュ
隠れ家レストランで味わう本格洋食に舌鼓。
五色町鳥飼にある「奥の内」バス停近くの登り口、小さな案内看板を目印に登っていくと「エルミタージュ」、フランス語で隠れ家という名のレストランがある。アットホームな佇まいのこちらの店では、丁寧に仕込まれた煮込み料理を中心に、パンやスイーツにいたるまで全てが手作りの本格料理が味わえる。オーダーがあればバースデーケーキも作ってくれるそう。店主は、世界料理コンクール「エキスポガスト」で金賞を受賞した経歴をもつ、淡路市志筑にあった人気店「ビストロ ラグー」の元シェフで、洋食歴50年の大ベテラン。大切な記念日や、友人とのランチ会など、ゆったりと美味しいを楽しみたい日に訪れてみては。
