ラーメン好きの店主による、また食べたくなる1杯。
ラーメン激戦区志筑にオープンしたニューフェイス。小麦本来の味わいが楽しめる全粒粉の細麺は、ここでしか味わえないオリジナル麺。とんこつ、しょうゆ、味噌、塩の4種ベースに好みのトッピングでいただこう。キャベツともやしたっぷりの野菜盛りとんこつは、コクがあるのに後味あっさりで飽きの来ない味。「子どもやじいちゃんばあちゃんにも好きになってもらえるラーメン」の真髄は、ラーメン屋と製麺所で働いた経験を持つ店主のあえてのシンプル追求。ランチタイムには、お好きなラーメンとミニチャーシュー丼などお得なセットも。新作のサイドメニューも登場予定なのでお楽しみに。音楽やお酒好きな人は店主との話が弾んじゃうかも♪
