島の風景と珈琲がもたらす、ほっこり自分時間。
ふくカフェの姉妹店が8/1にオープン。珈琲好きのオーナー念願の自家焙煎珈琲のお店で、「珈琲は、自分や大切な人とコミュニケーションが生まれるツール。忙しい毎日のオフに、涼やかな山里の景色と美味しい一杯を愉しんで、ゆっくりしてほしい」と想いを語ってくれた。自慢の珈琲は指定農園のスペシャリティコーヒーで、エチオピア・コロンビア・ブラジルなど7種類の豆の中から、好きなものを好みの焙煎で淹れてくれる。珈琲に合うおやつも考案中で、第一弾はかじた屋さんとコラボした「珈琲だんご」が登場。その他、独自焙煎の豆やRIVERSの水筒など珈琲関連グッズの販売、希望者には美味しい淹れ方のレクチャーも。
