ETHICA エチカ
昼も夜も気軽に立ち寄れる、隠れ家イタリアン。
昨年、期間限定のチャレンジショップで人気を博したETHICAが、満を持してレトロこみちに本格オープン。地域に根ざした店を目指し、季節の食材が楽しめ、カジュアルに通えるイタリアンがコンセプト。できる限り手作りにこだわり、料理はもちろん、その想いはお店の内装まで。木のぬくもりがあったかいくつろげる空間となっている。取材時は、ランチの定番、牛すじのトマト煮込みパスタ。幼い頃のおふくろの味をイタリアンで表現したという、一見濃厚そうに見えて、ほっとするやさしい味わい。もうひとつは、夜のアラカルトで、45日熟成の淡路和牛リブロースのステーキ。肉の旨味が際立つ、必ずオーダーしたい一品だ。
