淡路島の形をした肉肉しいハンバーグ、出現！
淡路牛をふんだんに使い、つなぎの卵やパン粉を最小限に抑えたステーキ感覚のハンバーグ。和風、デミグラス、わさび、アリッサなどソースが6種類から選べ、付け合わせ野菜も地元産にこだわる。これをランチで味わえるのが、今月グランドオープンを迎えたKitchen Yocchi。コンセプトが「老若男女が気軽に楽しめる洋食屋さん」というのもありがたい。オーナーシェフは京都でフレンチや洋食の修業をし、島を食で盛り上げていきたいという想いを持つ。ハンバーグの他、自家製タルタルとの組み合わせが最高な海老フライやクセになる味のスパイシー欧風カレーなどメニューも充実。食後は、ミニケーキと珈琲でゆっくり過ごす人が多いそう。
