緑豊かなカフェでからだ思いの発酵食ランチはいかが。
自家製の発酵調味料を使った料理が楽しめるカフェが6月にオープン。店内の窓からはカフェを囲む自然を一望でき、まるで額縁に飾られた絵のよう。そんな景観を眺めながらいただけるのが1日10食限定の「花ちらし御膳」。食前には甘麹がだされ、畑で採れた野菜などの地元野菜＆地魚がのったちらし寿司や塩麹で漬けたお豆腐の小鉢、旬の果物のスイーツなど一つひとつ心のこもった料理で充たしてくれ、お茶利用では、生地やあんに甘麹を使用したやさしい甘さのたい焼きが堪能できる。友人や家族とゆったりおいしい時間を味わいに尋ねてみて。ランチは数に限りがあるから予約が◎。また9月からはカフェに併設して手作り雑貨コーナーも。
