島むすび 淡路島のおいしいを結ぶ
海を臨むおしゃれなカフェで、島が育んだごちそうを堪能。
海と空だけを180度見渡せる開放的なテラスで潮風を感じながら「島の美味しいもの」に舌鼓を打つ、幸せなひとときをはいかが。一見パフェに見えるカップの中身は実はおむすびで、自家製ジュレのローストビーフ、しらすのいずれかをチョイス。こちらのパフェには旬の野菜がふんだんに入り、自家製和風ピクルスも食欲をそそる。パフェ以外にも、たくさんの味わいが愉しめる『丸ごと島むすび』も人気。良質な食材のみを使用し天然のお出汁をひくなど、淡路島の旬のものを美味しく食べてほしいという思いを込めて一つ一つ丁寧に手作りしている。全てテイクアウトOKで春の行楽のお供や、ママ友宅への手土産などにも重宝しそう♪
