国産無添加の原料にこだわった丁寧なお菓子づくり。
淡路市志筑の街中に小さなお菓子屋さんがリニューアルオープン。レトロさを残しつつもおしゃれで洗練された店内には、シュークリームやプリンなどの素朴な洋菓子が並ぶ。「自分の大切な人に、おいしいお菓子を安心して食べてもらいたい」という思いから、原料も安心安全なものを使用。乳製品は生乳100％、卵は農薬不使用＆遺伝子組み換えでない餌で飼育された鶏のものを。小麦粉は国産、チョコレートも有機認証を受けた、乳化剤・香料・白砂糖不使用のものを使っている。こだわりの原料で職人たちの手により丁寧に作られたお菓子たちは、素材のおいしさが引立つやさしい味わいで、小さなお子さんのおやつにもぴったり。
